Born near Philadelphia, Pa. Patricia has been a resident of the Tri- State Area (WV, OH, KY) for many years. She earned a BFA in 1995 and a MA in 1997 from Marshall University, and now teaches painting successfully and correctly in oil or acrylic, according to easy to learn methods in the classical style.
